Verification of quality of the cadastral map in cadastral unit Křtěnov u Olešnice

The master thesis focuses on checking the quality of a digitalised cadastral map in the cadastral district Křtěnov u Olešnice, which lays in Blansko district in South Moravian Region. Determined noticeable boundaries are compare with boundaries displayed in the cadastral map by several methods - graphically, in coordinates and on the basis of side measures. Historical maps and records of detailed measurement of changes were used to achieve the aim of the master thesis. It was completed by using VKM programme.

Creation of Digitalized Cadastral Map in Cadastral District Šošůvka

Master´s thesis deals with creation of digitalized cadastral map in cadastral district Šošůvka. Analog maps in the old cadastral scale 1 : 2880 in the urban part of cadastral territory is revised. Externals was revised on the basis of comprehensive landscaping to digital cadastral map. Creation of digitalized is processed according to the current Instructions for Reconstruction cadastral including both amendments. The first part is devoted to the theory of cadastral and development and course of digitization. The main part of the thesis consists of the processing of the measured data and provided data by land registry.

Renewal of cadastral documents and maps in Area Březinka

In this bachelor thesis I solve the process of making a cadastral map digitized from an analogue map by readjustment of a cadastral map which is in the local coordinate system into the Datum of Uniform Trigonometric Cadastral Network in the cadastral area of Březinka in this bachelor thesis. The first part is focused on general digitalization of cadastral maps. The second part describes the processing of graphic file by MicroGEOS Nautil software. In the conclusion of the thesis I am concerned with the problems of objection proceeding and the application of cadastral documents and maps into the system of ISKN. The new digitied map will be formed by the digitization of the cadastral map which will be kept in the system of ISKN and connected witch the set of descriptive information.

Renewal of cadastral documents and maps

In The Bachelor’s thesis is processed a procedure of the renewal of cadastre documentation by an overwork of the Cítkov cadastre unit for map KMD. There is described the reason, purpose, particular periods of digitizing and particular ways of cadastre l records´ renewal. Preponderence part is devoted to the topic of cadastreal records´ renewal restoration beeing worked over from SGI on a map of KMD. Consequently is described the resolution of risen problems during digitizing and the whole procedure of transfer (transposition of parcels which haven´t been filed in a simplified files to the cadastre of real estate, new determination of parcel area according coordinates of graphics computer set and comperative compositions of parcels). The result is a map KMD in S-JTSK.
